Architectural Resources provides custom design services exclusively by Jack Arnold. Homeowners from across the U.S. have turned to Jack’s unique creativity and vision to develop the perfect custom home for their family.

We encourage you to review our extensive line of plans in our portfolios, many of which can be modified to meet your needs. If however, you do not find just the right plan, we’re happy to discuss our custom design services with you.

The first important step in working together is for you to complete a questionnaire regarding your specific needs in a home. Please feel free to attach photography and other media that might give us a better understanding of the project. This information is critical for us to ascertain how we can best serve you.

Once you have retained Jack Arnold as your architect, our process begins with a programming session, during which we discuss in depth your family’s lifestyle and needs to help us develop a concept for your home. The initial design and, eventually, working construction documents will be created based on your requirements and desires.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised on two fronts when we work together. First, our attention to detail and level of quality is unsurpassed in the industry. Second, our design fees are typically 10 percent of total construction costs, which is less than the industry standard. This value is echoed in the responses from previous clients who are living in exactly the home they imagined, but better.
